FLOURISHING AT WORK? A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW AND RESEARCH AGENDA

Resumen

Flourishing at work has been shown to be a promising field for research, as it is linked to the individual’s notions of well-being. Florescer refers to the understanding that individuals at work enjoy the good life, reach their full development and have greater perceptions of quality of life. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze the current panorama of international scientific production on flourishing at work, proposing a research agenda. From a combination of a systematic literature review with a bibliometric analysis, 42 articles were found that deal with the individual flourishing in the work environment. The analyzes were divided into bibliometric indicators and content indicators, showing an evolution of the field from 2005 onwards and three clusters of research traditions were found: flourishing and dimensions of well-being, well-being and engagement at work. In addition, research gaps were identified, which allowed the design of an agenda. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.
